Our Commitment
Velo Grupetto is operated by Mile High Sandbox LLC. We are committed to the safety and protection of all users, particularly minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind on our platform.
Age Requirements
Velo Grupetto is designed for adults and is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Velo Grupetto:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation
- Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming or any attempt to establish inappropriate contact with minors
- Any content or behavior that sexualizes minors
- Using the platform to facilitate any form of child exploitation or trafficking
Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Content moderation of user-generated content including posts, chat messages, and profile information
- In-app reporting mechanisms that allow any user to flag concerning content or behavior
- Prompt review and action on all reports related to child safety
- Account suspension and termination for any user found to be engaging in prohibited conduct
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Velo Grupetto that you believe involves the exploitation or abuse of a child:
- In-App: Use the report function (three-dot menu on any post, message, or profile) to flag the content immediately
- Email: Contact us at support@velogrupetto.com
- Law Enforcement: If a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement or call 911
- NCMEC: Reports of CSAM can also be made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at CyberTipline.org or by calling 1-800-843-5678
Cooperation with Authorities
Velo Grupetto complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We will:
- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety
- Preserve and provide relevant account data and content when presented with valid legal process
- Take immediate action to remove violating content and disable offending accounts
Enforcement
Violations of these standards will result in:
- Immediate removal of the offending content
- Permanent suspension of the offending account
- Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities and NCMEC
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement purposes
